The Living Quarters will have a Server Room that holds the battery and 2 Infectors. The Living Quarters is a good place to save, restock on supplies, and perform any upgrades. The battery is actually close by in the Living Quarters. On the wall leading to the Shutter Control console you’ll find an empty slot where a battery must go. This will begin to move the Marker but it cannot proceed further until the Shutters have power restored to them.
